FastClip is an AI-powered video creation and management platform that enables users to:

  • Create and edit videos using AI technology
  • Add watermarks, end credits, and thumbnails to videos
  • Schedule and publish videos to social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook)
  • Manage multiple video projects and channels
  • Track video performance and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We use Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are required for certain features such as AI video generation
  • Credits may be included in subscription packages or purchased separately
  • Package credits expire according to the subscription terms
  • Purchased credits expire one year from the date of purchase
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and Facebook. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services. When you connect your social media accounts, you authorize us to post content on your behalf according to your instructions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTCLIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
